COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
For best results cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Microwave (from frozen): Cat E 850W Full Power. Remove all packaging. Place on a Microwaveable plate. Cook for 7 minutes 30 seconds. Stir thoroughly in-between. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
Although great care has been taken to remove all bones some may remain.
