It all began in 2010 in Walsall, when our dad laid the first stone in what would become a thriving empire. With a vision to build something that could be carried forward by us, his children, he started a humble family-run business. The foundation of our company was rooted in the rich, traditional recipes passed down from our mum. Her samosas and kebabs were the heart of the business, and it was her recipes that set us apart from the very beginning.
Dad had big dreams, not just for the business but for our future, too. He envisioned a legacy that we would eventually take over and expand. Starting small, our dad focused on delivering a product that was not only high in quality but also authentic in taste, thanks to mum's age-old culinary expertise. People quickly fell in love with our food, and the word spread.
As the years passed, our selection of delicious offerings grew. What started as samosas and kebabs slowly evolved to include mouth-watering chapli kebabs, juicy burgers, crispy nuggets, and so much more. We knew that to stand out in the competitive food industry, we had to innovate. And so, we did. We were one of the first companies to introduce charcoal-grilled kebabs to the market, offering a unique flavor that customers couldn't find anywhere else.
The demand for our products kept growing, and soon enough, our reach extended beyond Walsall. We began supplying to shops all over the UK, allowing people from all corners of the country to experience the taste of our family recipes. The response was overwhelming, and it reinforced what we already knew: people crave not just great food but also the passion and tradition behind it.
